Questions about official Seminole County criminal records belong with the public office that created or maintains the file. The contacts below route court documents to the clerk, sheriff reports and bookings to the Sheriff's Office, and statewide criminal-history requests to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.

This Is Not a Government Office. This private reference site cannot retrieve official files, perform an official check, correct a government record, or accept a Georgia record-restriction filing. Contact the responsible public custodian instead.
